Ellen Collins

Ellen Collins is a writer, teacher, and artist who divides her time between Vienna VA and Bethany Beach DE.  She taught in the Fairfax County Public Schools for 20 years and has led writing workshops for adults and children in Massachusetts, Louisiana, Texas, and Virginia.
Her work has appeared in a number of books and journals including the Bellevue Literary Review, The Sun, Referential, Broadkill Review, No Place Like Here, The Beach House, The Divine Feminine, and  Rehoboth Revisited.  She published a book of poetry, The Memory Thief, in 2015 and is currently working on a second poetry volume based on yoga and a novel in its skeleton stage.
